Wow, it has been a long time since I last posted and a lot has happened since then. I suppose the most major thing that has occured is that I am back at home in Elmira. In some ways, it's great to be home and away from school and homework, but in other ways, I really miss it. I miss the people, the atmosphere, everything but the papers, readings and exams.
Speaking of exams, those are finally gone too (until December at least). I only had four this semester; my art class did not have an exam. Having four was really great. I believe that I did generally well on them, but I won't know for a couple more weeks.
I cannot wait until next year though. I will be an HA (Housing Advisor) and will be living with my close friends. It will be great. We have a lot of plans for next year, the only thing getting in our way is money, but I suppose that is normal for people our age. Whoever would have imagined that Redeemer students had to be placed on a budget! -lol-
I am still continuing on with the job hunt. I wish that there were jobs out there that would not make me feel like I'm WAY to over qualified. There's not too much out there for one with partial education. It would be nice to get something that would actually look good on my resume. I'm not sure if my future employers will find retail and restaurants as great experience.
As for now, I am simply enjoying my Saturday. Things will work themselves out, they always do.
